What would I like every person who walks through our door to feel?

A year ago, we opened MOS in Masaryk with a clear goal: to make each visit feel different.

Not just because of the technology, the protocols, or the space. But because from the first "welcome," the person feels calm, confident, and certain that they are in the hands of someone who understands them.

On this anniversary, rather than looking back, I remember each of those glances in the mirror, each gesture of relief, and the stories that have been added to our daily lives.

That's what we're celebrating today at Masaryk: not a calendar, but a shared experience.
