La vez que un comentario cambió cómo veía la atención al cliente

The time a comment changed how I viewed customer service

Some time ago, a patient told me something that stuck with me:

“Thank you for explaining everything calmly. In other places, I felt like I had to decide quickly.”

It wasn't a comment about the treatment. It was about how she felt during the conversation.

That day, I understood that experience is not only measured by visible results, but by the space we give for a person to think, ask questions, and decide without pressure.

In customer service—and even more so in aesthetic health—information should not rush decisions, it should accompany them.

Since then, I have been more aware of something: clarity generates trust, but calmness sustains it.

Sometimes we believe that serving better means responding faster.

But often, serving better means knowing when to slow down.

That comment adjusted my view of Customer Experience: it's not just about efficiency, but about respecting each person's process.
