Three basic rules: CLEANSE, EXFOLIATE AND MOISTURIZE.

- Exfoliate your skin just twice a week, and it will feel easy and liberating.

If you want to look young, seven or eight hours of sleep are essential. We all love rest.
- Eye cream.
Just like moisturizer, applying a cream to the thin skin around your eyes will help you look better and prevent dark spots under your eyes.
- Drink plenty of water,
