Sagging arms.

Sagging skin on the inner side of the arms is a common problem for women, even the slimmest. It's an aesthetic concern, especially when dressing, whether during the summer or for special events. We want to look spectacular, and that includes our arms.

Sagging skin is the loss of firmness and muscle tone; it is closely related to skin aging. The degradation and decrease in the formation of collagen and elastin fibers results in sagging skin. This condition affects the entire body, but if there's one area where this loss of firmness is most noticeable, it's the arms.
In addition to aging, sagging arms can occur for other reasons, such as a sedentary lifestyle, sudden weight gain or loss, excess localized fat, heredity, and even hormonal problems. Therefore, very few women, especially those over 35, can boast firm, toned arms.

The most effective way to eliminate sagging arms is through exercise and a balanced diet. Below, we present some things that can help you achieve fit arms.
Arm exercises . Without a doubt, exercise is one of the pillars of preventing sagging skin, as it burns fat, increases muscle mass, and promotes tissue oxygenation. You can do the following exercises in the comfort of your home:
o Lift weights. Preferably 2.5 kg or 4 kg, depending on your endurance.
o Boxer movements.
o Push-ups.
or Against the wall.
or Push-ups.

These exercises are very easy to follow, but they require consistency and discipline to see results. We recommend doing them two or three times a week. Remember to warm up beforehand; stretching is essential to prevent injuries and pain in your arms and other areas of your body. Follow these exercises with gentle, deep breathing.
Eat healthy. Eating a healthy and balanced diet not only helps prevent sagging skin but also helps you maintain an ideal weight, avoiding sudden weight gains and losses, which is one of the main causes of sagging skin, not only in the arms but also in other parts of the body. To avoid this problem, we offer the following tips:
o Reduce or eliminate foods high in saturated fats, processed foods, margarines, and junk food.
o Choose complex carbohydrates, which are those that the body can assimilate and digest properly. You can find them in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
o Opt for lean proteins, fish, salmon, chicken, skim milk and foods that provide vegetable protein such as soy and beans
o Consume healthy fats such as olive oil, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, avocado, etc.
o Stay away from salt and foods rich in sodium, as they promote fluid retention
o Eat fruits and vegetables high in fiber and antioxidants
Hydrate your body. Drinking water is vital, not only to hydrate and tone your skin, but also to keep your body functioning optimally. We recommend drinking 8 glasses or 2 liters of water a day.
